Back to your space
I’m cared for by God.
What weighs on me matters to him, even when I struggle to explain it.
What this means for me
Peter invites believers to cast their cares on God because he cares for them. Bringing a worry to God is not the same as pretending it no longer exists. I can name the real pressure and ask for wisdom about what to do next.
Prayer and practical support belong together. I can break a task into smaller pieces, speak to a teacher, or seek mental-health care when worries become hard to manage. Needing help is not evidence that God’s care has failed or that I have failed at faith.
A little truth to hold onto
