Your safe little space

I’m learning to trust God.

I don’t need to see my whole future to take one wise step today.

What this means for me

Proverbs calls me to trust the Lord rather than treating my own understanding as the whole picture. That is not a command to switch off my thinking or accept every opinion someone claims is from God. Wisdom includes listening, learning, and testing advice carefully.

I can admit what I don’t know and ask a trustworthy adult for perspective. God’s guidance is not a guarantee that every choice will feel obvious. I can move patiently, keeping safety and integrity in view rather than making a rushed decision to escape uncertainty.

A little truth to hold onto

“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.”
